Wartburg’s Adult Day Health Care program
in Brooklyn provides a broad range of care services that help promote
our participants’ general wellness and nurture a greater sense
of self-worth and belonging – part of our Life Enhancing
Communities philosophy of care. Available six days a week (Monday
through Saturday), Wartburg Adult Day Care is a comprehensive medical
model program that offers fully bilingual (English/Spanish) services,
including:
Breakfast and Hot Lunch
Social Work Services
Nutritional Counseling
Nursing Services
Podiatry
Physical and Occupational Therapy
Recreational Programs, including Entertainment
and Trips
