Lutheran Care Center's Adult Day Health Care
program in Poughkeepsie provides a broad range of care services
that help promote our participants’ general wellness and nurture
a greater sense of self-worth and belonging – part of our
Life Enhancing Communities philosophy of care. Available
six days a week (Monday through Saturday), our Adult Day Care is
a comprehensive medical model program that includes:
Breakfast and Hot Lunch
Comprehensive Case Management
Rehabilitation Services – Physical and
Occupational Therapies
Recreational Programs, including Entertainment
and Trips
