Luther Court Retirement Community is a Section 202 Supportive Housing
for the Elderly Program that offers 86 studio and one-bedroom apartments,
of which 9 are modified for the mobility impaired.
Most of our private Brooklyn residences provide
540 square feet of living space, with:
- living/dining area
- full kitchen with refrigerator and gas range
- bedroom (for non-studio units)
- full bath
- emergency call bell system
- smoke alarm
Laundry facilities,
activity and meeting rooms are located on the first floor.
Occupancy Requirements:
Occupancy is limited to very low-income elderly. The head of the
household or spouse must be 62 years of age or older. |
